In 2023, we launched an 8-week in-person training program designed to help high school athletes take their running to the next level. We’re back for our 2nd season in 2024!
Our expert coaches provide guidance, structure & fun for youth summer cross country training. Athletes enjoy this small group training with a personalized plan that works well with where they are at in their individual running journies.

Expert Coaching
Receive expert guidance from coaches who have excelled in high school, college & post-collegiately. You will get valuable feedback and have the opportunity to learn as a runner.

Guided Workout + Training Plan
Execute workouts in a small group session with the help from expert coaches. Receive a personalized training plan that will set you up for success for your fall XC season.

Drills + Strength + Mobility
Learn dynamic warm-up routines and speed drills to improve form and efficiency. Work on run specific strength and mobility to give you an edge on your competition.

Coach Cole Toepfer
Cole ran collegiately at the University of Minnesota Duluth where he held school records in the Indoor Mile, 3K & DMR. He currently coaches high school track & XC at his alma mater Eagan High School.

Coach Tyler Morey
Tyler has coached youth and high school athletes since 2014 and enjoys developing athletes for longevity in the sport. Tyler ran collegiately at Clemson University & UW Oshkosh in grad school where he was a NCAA DIII All-American.

Coach Missa Morey
Missa was a 2-time high school state champion in the 800 hailing from Montevideo, Minnesota. She ran collegiately at the University of Minnesota where she earned All-Conference & All-Region honors.
